If you use the contact form or become a registered user of the site, you agree that the personal data which you have provided may be stored electronically. The data will be removed if you contact the site editor and request this.

If you send a message using the contact form, you consent to sending your IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. Your data will be communicated to Google and used by their services. However, your IP address will first be truncated by Google in EU Member States - or in other states that are part of the European Economic Area agreement. In exceptional cases, your full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and then subsequently truncated. If you choose to create an account, you will need to provide a user name and your email address. Your email address is used to verify your account. We may occasionally use your name and email address to send you news or offers from Crocodile Sandwich Apps, unless you opt out of this when you sign up or later.

If you give permission for the app to access your Contacts, the Contacts are only used to provide:

1. a list of names used only within the app to easily select player names

2. a list of email addresses to choose people whom you wish to invite to follow a match (if you are a Premium member)

We do not use any email address to send messages directly to non-members. If you invite people who have not yet installed the app and created an account, you choose whether you wish to personally send them an email message from your device. Their email address is stored electronically until the match has finished, so that the person can find the match in their list of invitations if they create an account during the match. If the person does not create an account, the email is deleted at the end of the match.

We do not share any personal data with third-parties or use it for any purpose other than those mentioned above.

Data deletion: If you decide to delete your account, all of your personal data is automatically deleted from our records.
